I'm having performance issues with the signal and speed of my AX6000.

The performance seems to be improved on the 5GHz channel if I disable AX/Wifi 6 but not by much.

 

On AC devices we get between 50-150mbps speeds with poor signal. 

Our ISP speeds are 400/40mb. This works fine when connected via ethernet cable.

 

Can you advise on how performance can be improved.

 

Just to say - I tried calling support and my call was disconnected after holding for 20 mins.

 

Live Chat support seems to be disabled and when I tried submitting a technical support query via the support section on the website I get the error, submission failed.

This error also does not allow you to resubmit the query and removes all the technical details of your request(lots of time wasted)....
