Just recently bought Archer Ax50 wifi6 router. It heats up and drops internet constantly. Anyone having same issue???

@Kris.G Same here. Sometimes wifi stops working(disconnected and disappear) and works again if I reboot. It also reboots itself suddenly.

@Pika have you talked with tplink support team are They able to fix the problem?

I can confirm that the AX50 runs very hot. When I got mine I even thought it must have a fault of some sort, because that couldn't be right. Then I read comments from others users who reported the same.

 

I do have issues with Wi-Fi, but I haven't had solely the internet drop on my AX50.

@woozle I've changed Beacon Interval to 40, and RTS Threshold to 500.

I might have to wait more and watch if it's appropriate solution for this problem, but wireless is running stable till now.

 

@Kris.G Mine is not so hot, so I can't tell you that it solves overheat problem.
