Hello,

i was wondering if

TL-WR743ND

  can act as a wired switch. Ie i will bring main connection via ethernet cable from another switch into "yellow ports" or wan port? then i will plug other devices into its yellow ports. If thats possible into which mode it has to be configured? I don't want to make a NAT etc... I just want it to act as a normal wired switch.

 

 

I dont know why but i cant find that model in Model selection. ... its

tplink TL-WR743ND

Google for "old router as switch" and you will get several links to articles and Youtube videos with instructions how to do it. They may show it for a different brand or model of router, but it shouldn't be hard to adapt the instructions to any other home Wi-Fi router.
