Hello,

 

I've since one week the Deco x60 (newest firmware). First i discribe my network:

 

KPN Experiabox V10 (4 LAN ports)

 

Lan 1: 1 utp connect to switch 

Lan 2: 1 utp connect to Deco X60 (ground floor) 

Lan 3: TV ground floor

 

Switch 4 ports: 1 to Sonos Boost, 2 to Deco X60 (first floor), 3 to SMA Solarpanels, 4 to Philips Hue

 

Deco X60 (ground floor) 1 utp connect to another X60 (garden)

Deco X60 (first floor) 1 upt connect to TV (first floor)

 

My connection is drop 3-5 times a day (Deco LED is going to red). KPN says their network is up so there are no problems there with the Experiabox. 15 minutes later it is up again!?

 

Does anyone knows what is going wrong here?

We have the same issue.  Reboots several times a day.

 

We returned the first set thinking it must be a HW problem but the second set are doing the same thing.

here it is going well. Solution is connect main deco to experiabox then second deco with a cable in the main deco x60 and the last one wireless to the main deco.

@Sjek We have the main X60 connected to our cable modem and the other two connected wirelessly to the main unit.  Frequent reboots.

@Sjek There is another thread where a user is saying the TP-LINK told them that this is 'normal' for the X60 to reboot at random when it updates its security database and there is no fix planned.  Sounds crazy but we are sending ours back - can't put up with multiple outages each day.

I never thought  TP-LINK Deco X60 would be such a crap.

 

They really suck.... thats probably why didnt last so long in the market and they made a huge sell in Costco?

 

So disappointed.
