Hi, please help as someone had logn to my account to change password and im unable to login again.

Do you have physical access to the WiFi router? If so, unplug the internet connection from WAN port, connect PC to one of the RJ45 LAN port, hit the reset on the router to reset. More information on how to manage the WiFi router is below, quick installation and user guide.
