Need to refresh many times to load a website

Hi, I'm having problem with my wifi router TL-WR820N

Firmware:1.0.2 Build 190905 Rel.42436n
I need to refresh the page so many times like 3-4 times to load a random website or else it will show me an error like the picture bellow.
I tried to connect to wifi in my office and it was fine. I also tried to connect directly into my network (using the network connector plug) and it was fine too. So I guess it's the device problem. Then I reset the router using the reset button and it worked! But after I set password to my wifi, the problem appeared again. Please tell me how to solve this error. Thank you!
