Hello there, 

 

I have just purchase an M4 3 pack. I have this connected to my virgin router (in modem mode) and have set up the system successfully with my phone which is connected to the wifi and internet. However no other devices are able to connect to the wifi (laptops or other phones) despite using the correct password. I have tried turning off 5G but nothing. 

 

I have also set up a guest wifi but even my android phone is unable to connect to that. 

 

Does anyone know how to resolve?

Try restarting both the virgin hub and all deco nodes and try to connect again. Let me know how you get on.

@mastermjr2004 hi, thanks and yes I tried that. I also deleted the network, reset the hubs and started the whole process again but still can't get any other devices to join

Please check in the settings if the main deco is in router mode or access point mode?

Thanks for clarifying. On the devices that are affected, go to WiFi and forget the network and reconnect.
