is too strange that this second version of Beta firmware is older than the first beta version!!!!

Yes, there seems to be a mistake, first beta is newer than second beta.

 

 

Is there a beta that allows band-selection, but includes the fixes from the latest stable firmware (1.2.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 200511 Rel.44954n)?

I think the MR600 has reached end of life, it doesn't get firmware support anymore.
