Deco m9 plus v2 update?
Hello, I would like to know if there will be a new update for this version. I bought this product thinking that I would solve my Internet connection problems, and I see that if it fulfills its function but has very limited functions and for the price it has I find that it does not meet the expectations, that is why I speak for many users who need to know if this version will have a new update since it has been many months and we have only received answers avoiding the subject.
Please we need to know if this version will have a new update and especially if you will have concisable improvements

It didn't work creating another account.
I had to use an old computer with Windows 7 Sp1 to run the update program. Now my DECO M9 Plus is updated.

I had the same problems. It's not you, it's Deco. The updater tool doesn't run on many machines.

Just received the update for 1.4.2 via the app. Everything updated and is working as expected.

@tkcool You must first upgrade to the 1.4.0 firmware using the Win/Mac upgrade tool announced many times on this forum. After that you can make further upgrades using the Deco app. to get to 1.4.2

Hi,
I can't update my Deco M9 Plus V2 firmware using the instructions. By utility I can't login and by APP has no option to show the now available firmware.
The error message from M9Plus_2.0_upgrade_tool_v1.1.1_win32.exe is: Incorrect TP-Link or password.....
I changed the password many times and also try from 3 more computeres, but always I got the same error.
I have 2 Deco M9 Plus V2 with the same firmware: 1.2.12 Build 20191014 Rel. 42025.
None of them I can login from webpage...
Any help?
