Hi, if the WAN LED is not on, it is suggested to try the below troubleshooting:

1. Check and ensure the cable between the modem and the A2300 is firmly connected.

2. Try to insert that cable from modem to one computer directly and check if there is internet access. If no, there might be a broken cable or broken LAN port of the modem.

3. If step 2 goes correctly, try to connect a cable to the WAN port of the A2300 from a computer, just do a simple test to see if the WAN port is faulty.

4. Try to reset the A2300 by pressing and holding the RESET button until all lights flash.

 

If the WAN port on the A2300 is identified faulty, please check the local warranty policy to request an RMA:
