Hi I wonder if anyone can help. I have 4 Hikvision cctv cameras which I could access from outside the house before installing the Deco M5's. Now I can access from iside the house on the home network but not from outside on any other network, I have set up port forwarding on the Deco app but to no avail. Any help would be appreciatedThank

Are you using the deco m5 as your main router? Who is your isp?

@mastermjr2004 Hi thanks for the reply my isp is Plusnet and my NVR is wired to the main M5 with the M5 wired into a TPLink Archer D7

On D7, linked put main deco in fixed dhcp. After this put IP of main Deco on D7 DMZ. In deco app redirect ports to dvr.
