WILL TL-WR840N V6.20 Support both Wisp Mode & Tether Application ?

The WR840N actually supports WISP mode already as you can confirm and configure it as per the instructions in the User Manual:
It also supports Range Extender mode if you want to extend the wireless signal of the main router:

Currently, there are not any plans to eventually add the support for Tether management or WISP mode on the WR840N, but this will be forwarded as a feature request to our developers for consideration. Thank you again for your feedback.

@Kevin_Z Hi Kevin, is this statement still confirm until today ??? Because I just bought this TL-WR840N and written in the advertisement that it support WISP. And i already try to follow your recommendation in other thread, I'm stuck on "enable WDS Bridging" as its not listed in the tplinkwifi.net. Please advice
