Model: Archer C4000
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.0.3 Build 20191026 rel.13901(4555)

Hi,

I have bought TP-Link Archer C4000 (v3.0) 2 months ago on the premise of it being under "Coming Soon" for OneMesh. It is still marked "Coming Soon" on my local compatibility site (Czech): https://www.tp-link.com/cz/onemesh/compatibility/

However, it has been slowly disappearing from other local OneMesh compatibility pages:

https://www.tp-link.com/us/onemesh/compatibility/

https://www.tp-link.com/uk/onemesh/compatibility/

https://www.tp-link.com/de/onemesh/compatibility/

https://www.tp-link.com/ru/onemesh/compatibility/

Can you please confirm if the Czech page contains a mistake, or if there are actual plans to introduce OneMesh compatibility to TP-Link Archer C4000 (v3.0)? If it's a mistake, I'd rather return the unit as it will no longer serve the purpose I've bought it for. However, if the Czech page's information is true, I'm happy to keep it and wait for the software update. If it's so, what's the approximate timeline for rollout of OneMesh compatibility to TP-Link Archer C4000 (v3.0)?

Thank you!

Hi, thanks for bringing this up.

There is currently no plan to add the support for Onemesh on the C4000, please contact your reseller to replace with one that already supports Onemesh or return it.

We will update the compatibility list soon.

Sorry about that.

Hello,

As far as I know, there is a plan to add the Onemesh feature on the AX6000, but we suggest you keep an eye on the official website for future updates, as the plan will change.

Sorry that we don't have the ETA for the new firmware which will support Onemesh.

Good days.

@Kevin_Z can you please confirm if you are definitely planning to add OneMesh support to https://www.tp-link.com/cz/home-networking/wifi-router/archer-ax6000/ ? If so, what is the approximate timeline, e.g. this year?

Thank you
