Hi!

Lately I've probem with my Archer- it losing connection to LTE network every ~20h. Switchig on/off the modem solves the problem.

 

Any solution?

Hello,

Thank you for your patience.

For your case, please help us check the following information:

  1. Did both wireless and wired Ethernet connection have the same issue, or you haven’t tested the wired connection yet?
  2. When the internet dropped, were there any changes to the internet and 4G signal light, like blinking or off?
  3. Have you tried to put the sim card into the mobile phone or another 4G router, would the same issue start again?
  4. When the internet dropped before you reboot the modem, could you please us check the IP address on the device and ping the modem(192.168.1.1) to check the connection, such as:

Finally, please try to modify the wireless setting about the modem, such as channel 1/6/11, channel width 20mhz for 2.4ghz, channel 48/40, channel width 40mhz for 5ghz;

Hello,

 

thanks for the information.

 

ad 1 I haven't checked lan/wired connection

ad 2 all lights are off (just power and WIFI is on)

ad 3 no, I haven't

ad 4 I'd do it as soon as modem will turn in to "error state", right now is working perfectly (for last 3 days)
