Hi there,

 

I'm getting  4g+ signal in my phone but not in my MR600 with the same sim card. I tried playing with APN settings but that didnot help and tried resetting the device and that did not help either. I did upgrade my ISP as well but no help. Do any anyone have any idea about what could be the problem? Should I replace the device?

Thanks for the reply. I got this resolved by contacting your live support. They did provide me a beta firmware to update and that bring up 4G+ network. However like others mentioned in the forum already I have to do the Band A and Band B selections manually to get 4G+ working everytime I restart the router. 

 

Will there be a permanent fix for auto selection of Bands? A final firmware which would address all this issue permanently?

Hi,

For your case, we hope you could help us get the following information:

  1. What is the model of the sim card and who is your sim card provider?
  2. Please check on the status page, is there any IP address or is it 0.0.0.0?

--if it is not 0.0.0.0, please try to change the DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 under advanced-->network--->LAN settings, then reboot the router;

--if it Is 0.0.0.0, please reset the router and keep the default APN settings, then save the system log after 5-10mins;
