My router cant detect sim, can someone help me?

Hey,
When you log into the router, you would see the following information, right?
Please refer to the following information:
- Make sure the sim card firmly inserted to the sim card slot;
- Reset the MR6400 by holding the reset pinhole/button at the back for 10s till all the lights turn on then off;
- Put the sim card into the mobile phone just in case the sim card was broken;
If all failed, please help us get the following information:
The model number and sim card provider of the sim card;
