Hey,

When you log into the router, you would see the following information, right?

Please refer to the following information:

  1. Make sure the sim card firmly inserted to the sim card slot;
  2. Reset the MR6400 by holding the reset pinhole/button at the back for 10s till all the lights turn on then off;
  3. Put the sim card into the mobile phone just in case the sim card was broken;

If all failed, please help us get the following information:

The model number and sim card provider of the sim card;

Thank you~

@Rashid-family

Good day.

Sorry for the delay.

Since your model is an India specialized model, I suggest that you could reach to the local support team to see if there is any limitation or any additional settings needed.

If they did not any further advice, maybe it’s time for you to ask for a warranty.

Thank you~
