AX50/AX3000 many 802.11AC devices fail to connect
Dear TP-Link,
I recently bought this device, but facing wifi connectivitiy issues with this router. Though those devices don't support 802.11ax, they are 802.11ac devices. They connect fine when I replace with my friends router which supports 802.11ac (TP-link C1200).
The only solution that works I have found is rebooting the AX50 router, after reboot it works for few hours and again stops connecting. Following are the devices where I see this issue: Samsung smart TV, JIO 4K set top box (running andriod 9), Redmi note 3 (running Andriod 6) and note 8 (running Andriod 9). Request you to fix the issue ASAP. If you need any furthur info let me know.
PS: I'm networking guy with 12+ years experiance in this domain. I use only 5Ghz and have completely switched off 2.4Ghz. Have tried switching off OFDMA, MIMU and Airtime Fairness, nothing helped. Even have changed network to 802.11a/n/ac mode disabling ax, nothing works.

Hello,
Thanks for your clarification.
Can you please confirm again what is the internet status on the AX50 when all the devices lose the 5GHz wireless connection, is the internet LED on the AX50 orange or green? Is there still an IP address on the AX50?
Can you still see the wireless network name of the AX50 on these devices but failed to connect or the 5GHz network just disappeared?
Who is your ISP and what is the network topology, is there any other router or extender in the same network?
Nice day.

1. Not all devices loose connectivity, only devices listed above loose connectivity. I have another 10+ devices which are always connect fine and internet is always connected (green).
2. The network does not disappear (i use channel 44, even on C1200), the devices just say, failed to connect and they have 100% signal strength.
3. If I replace AX50 with TP-Link C1200, everthig is fine, no issues. If I reboot AX50 it works for sometime.
4. JIO is my service provide, this is how it looks:
(internet)---------JIO gateway-------<1GIG LAN>----------AX50 (Router Mode)

Thanks for the quick reply.
May I know the disconnect issue occurs on all the 4 clients at the same time or randomly? Can you ping the AX50 and internet when there is no internet connection but still showing connected with a full signal?
To do further analysis and help you to fix it, our engineer will email you later. Please wait patiently until they contact you.
Good day.

Does not occur at same time on all of them, for Redmi Note 3 its very rare, but for JIO 4K STB, its very common.
For question "Can you ping the AX50 and internet when there is no internet connection but still showing connected with a full signal?" Yes, I can ping AX50 and configure anything when there is no internet, but how I can ping internet when there is no internet connectivity? This test was done on windows 10 using TP-Link T2UH AC 600 USB adaptor.
Thanks in advance.
