Hello All,

 

Here serious issue i am facing from TP-Link router MR6400 with Sim Card detection...!!

 

Hardware Version: V4

Firmware Version: 1.12.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 190730 RC.59984n

 

Getting below messages in Web-Interface:

 

No SIM Card

Please insert your SIM card.

 

I have tried many SIM Crads but none is working

 

I tried hard & soft reset of device but not working.

 

Please provide solution.

May I know where are you located and how long did you have the modem?

Did it work fine before?

By the way, did you use the Provided SIM card adapter?

I am located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

 

I have purchased modem in July 2020 & using the Simcard first time.

 

Yes i tried both simcard adapter & Micro Simcard too, but same issue.

In this way, I am really sorry that there might be something wrong with the TL-MR6400.

Since you just bought it, you might need to contact the shop retailer to ask for a replacement.
