Heya so I got two new units of Deco M5 (one connected to the modem and the other in my room) and I live downstairs but my brothers upstairs seem to be having issues with connecting to their TP PA411 units? which is also plug into the main modem. Is there any way to kind of fix this so it doesn't interfere?

Any advice would be handy, thank you!

Hello,

May I know who is your ISP and what is the model number of your modem? Is it working in modem only mode or modem router mode? You may confirm this by launch the Deco app and confirm whether the main Deco is working at Router mode or Access Point mode. Confirm its IPv4 address then if it is working at Router mode.

You may try to connect one of the PA411 to the Deco with an Ethernet cable, then confirm if there is Internet access to your brother's room.

Hello,

You may try to connect one of the PA411 to the Deco with an Ethernet cable, then confirm if there is Internet access to your brother's room.
