Hi all,

i got some problem with my MR600 with firmware version just updated to beta versione to fix sms issue. Now i have the problema (and maybe i had also before the update) that some times i dont know why the internet stato get disconnect even though I have plenty 4G signal. 

What can I do to fix this problem?

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

For the LTE unstable issue, could you please help me check the following information:

  1. Who are your sim card carrier and your country, please?
  2. How frequently it happened, once or twice a day?
  3. How would you recover the internet connection, reboot the modem, reset or it would come back automatically?
  4. Please save us a picture of the status page on the router before and after the LTE connection dropped, thank you in advance!
  5. please also check on the basic-->internet status: is there any notice like unknown error: please make sure your configuration is correct?   Thank you very much!

samething is happening 1. carrier jio 2. two to three times a day 3. recovers after switch off and on of modem

I found out my issue.  IGMP Snooping:had to be enabled under LAN settings.  My MR600 disconnected after I streamed video.

 

I had to reboot after getting the problem.  Just disconnect and connect to ISP did not work.
