My router is not detecting Service Provider Name nor identifying Data dongle eighter i-Ball Airway 21 Mbps 3G nor D-Link DWM 232 4G. Am trying BSNL 3G with -Ball Airway and Airtel 4G with D-Link data Dongle.

Please refer to this link to check if the two USB modems are on the compatible list: https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/3g-comp-list.html?model=TL-MR3020&hdVer=V3
After that, please check if the modem has been detected or not;
--if it is detected but with wrong service provider’s details, you could try to manually set up the correct APN information:
