Please try to update to the following beta firmware which has No Encryption:
M5360_V1： http://static.tp-link.com/resources/software/m5360v1_no_encryption_beta.zip
M5360_V2: http://static.tp-link.com//resources/software/M5360v2_no_encryption_beta.zip
