Good day.

Please refer to the following suggestions

  1. please reset the router by holding the reset pinhole for 10s first;
  2. make sure the 3/4g LTE dongle is working properly;
  3. log into the router to check the internet status;

---if there is no IP address, please manually update the APN settings;

--If there is an IP address, please manually change the DNS server to be 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4;

4. please always make sure the firmware is up to date:
