Model: TL-MR3420
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.4.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 180712 Rel.61343n

TL-MR3420 not detect internet status of Ethernet connection although it is connected to internet and working good but because of that if Ethernet connection failed it does not use 3G/4G back up at all and stay unconnected also, when reverse the situation and make 3G/4G as main connection it show connected to internet but stay with is it even connection lost. I purchased this router specially to have internet all the time but now I have to switch connection manually if current used connection lost so, please I hope anyone have a solution for that situation.

@Mohammad_101

Good day.

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Have you tried to manually change the IPV4 DNS server to google 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 to have a look?

And did it happen to both wireless router mode and 3G/4G back up mode that the internet is fine and internet status stay disconnected on the web UI?

Thank you very much.

@Sunshine

I did not make any change but now it show Ethernet connected in router UI.

The most important problem, it is still not switch to 3G/4G automatically when Ethernet connection is lost.
