Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.2.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 200511 Rel.44954n

Hello

I have the Archer MR600 v1

I am Using a SIM Card from the Austria Provider A1 Telekom Austria.

While my Phone has 90%+ signal the Archer MR600 shows 0% and sometimes 25%

My ISP File Version is 19052401

The Network stats are:

ISP: A1
Network type: 4G+ LTE
Band: 7,20

SIM Card Status: SIM card prepared
RSRP: -103dBm
RSRQ: -20dB
SNR: -3,4dB

Firmware and ISP File are as far as i know UpToDate

What can i do to improve the Signal Strenght ?

the antennas are correctly installed

Good day.

Sorry for the delay.

Have you checked the network band on the smartphone? Are they bands 7,20 as well?

And please also check the APN information on the smartphone and MR600 as well to see if it is also the same;

By the way, how long have you had the Archer MR600 and has the signal strength been slow since out of box?

I had this issue Out of the Box. My smartphone is also using band 7, 20 and also Band 3. The APN is fine, it does connect to the Internet when the signal is there.

My Smartphone Has 5 out of 5 Connection Bars and the Following values:

RSRP: -96 dBm
RSRQ: -14dB
SNR: 0.0dB
