AC2300 Wireless Router - WAN / Internet Port stopped working
My AC2300 Wireless Router's WAN port seems to have stopped working.
I have tested all possibilities. Initially, I thought at first it was the ISP's modem that was not working so I did the following troubleshooting steps:
- TP-Link internet indicator not lighting up
- Unplugged and replugged all devices (modem and router)
- Disconnected and reconnected all cables (modem and router)
- Changed LAN cables
- Reset both devices
- Connected my laptop directly to the PLDT modem via LAN - the internet worked so this means the LAN cable is working and the PLDT modem is working
Please let me know how I can resolve this issue. Unfortunately, the one-year warranty lapsed two months ago.
I've been trying to reach Tech Support via email and phone but no success.
Let me know where I can bring the device for inspection and diagnosis.
