Neighbour also has tp link nano possibility of interfering with my setup?
Sorry complete novice, have had no problems with a pair of nano units for last two weeks for outdoor cctv camera until neighbour bought the same camera and nano unit.
could he now be interfering with my setup, keeps dropping out when we both are using cameras, we live next to each other even same Virgin media.
Can I change any settings to help please.

Did you have TL-WPA4220KIT, or TL-PA4010KIT?
Normally, the powerline adapters under different electric meter would not conflict with each other.
But in case they are, please try to download the powerline utility to check how many adapters you could detect:

And please also try to change the powerline network name to reduce the interference:
