Hi, Sorry for the delay.

The sim card status on the web UI showed no sim card, right

Did it work fine when put the sim card into the smartphone?

How long have you had the device and when did the issue start?

Have you tried to test the modem with a different sim card?

Please also try to factory reset the modem by holding the reset pinhole for 10s , then insert the sim card again to have a look;
