Model: Archer MR600
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 200511 Rel.44954n

Hello,

I cannot seem to find information on this, sorry if my search skills are lacking.

Is there a way of the MR600 router sending an SMS or email notification when it fails over and when it fails back?

The other day our WAN link broke so it failed over to 4G and went through the alloted data before we realised there was a problem.

If we had been made aware we would have contacted our WAN provider to fix the issue and reduced our usage while it was getting fixed.

Thanks in advance

Jose

@JoseMP

Good day,

Thank you very much for your kind feedback.

Currently, it is not supported to send the notice when the connection failed over.

But since it would be very convenience if the feature could be available.

And we would like to report your feedback to the senior engineers for further evaluation.

At the same time, you could have a check when the Archer MR600 works on wireless router mode with 3/4G bank up, is there any way to set the data limitation so that when the daily quota was over or above the limitation, we could get the notice.

Thanks a lot.
