My wifi router cannot detect simcard. I've rebooted the system, inserted different simcard without any success

 

I bought this router in April 2020

 

Please assist

May I know where are you located?

Have you tried to reset the TL-MR6400 by holding the reset pinhole for 10s?

If still nothing happened, please try to contact the local support team to check for warranty service;
