I am using the wifi router, suddenly the range stopped showing and disconnected. Then i restarted and resetted times, still it is the same. What shall I do now? Currently i'm away from the hoem, so please suggest me a way to support remotely

Have you come back home already?

When you mentioned the range stopped showing, did you see the wireless signal did not broadcast anymore, for both 2.4ghz and 5ghz?

How long have you had the device and where are you located?
