I use a TL-MR3220 on a boat. The boat has a Navico "Broadband" radar which transmits the radar images on wired Ethernet as multicast packets.
When the radar is in use, the multicast packets completely flood the WAN, disabling all connectivity over the WAN.
The radar packets are only needed on the other LAN ports, not the WAN.

What is the best way to block multicast packets form one specific LAN port (preferred) or alternatively all LAN ports from reaching the WAN?

If it is possible to block just one LAN port, then service discovery protocols will still work between WAN clients and PCs on the other LAN ports which is preferred.
