Hi

I bought this router a week ago and im working with a im card.

  • While connected with an ethernet cable directly to the router performance is good
  • I have a good wifi signal
  • Led status show all lights

  •  

 

The problem is it disconnects itself every few minutes for a few minutes (unstable.

  • 5ghz shows "No internet access" on my laptops
  • The network map shows the status is disconnected for a few seconds and then returns to connected (see attached image)

 

 

Fixing attempts and test

  • Changed to Google DNS 8.8.8.8.8
  • Changed 2.4Ghz channel between 1/6/11 and Width to 20Mhz
  • Changed 5Ghz channel to 44 and Width to 80Mhz
  • Sim card works without a problem my mobile phone (mMy personal mobile phone is under the same carrier)

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

May I know where are you located and who is your sim card carrier?

Did this issue start out of the box? and what did you need to do to recover the internet connection?

Have you checked when the internet dropped, on the advanced>status page, would the 4G band change to a different one?

  • I'm located in Israel.
  • My sim card carrier is We4G, but I also tried with a Pelephone carrier (They work perfectly on my phone).
  • This issue started out of the box, from the first time I used it.
  • The internet disconnects for 2 minutes, every 10 minutes or so, I did need to do anything.
  • I'm not able to see a change in the 4G band. When the internet falls, I can't access the page.

Replaced the router and all works now.
