Sent an email to tech support back around july. Tech emailed me in Sep to send the unit to their store/office then no replies from anyone after office called to confirm the item got there. That number isnt replying now either..... Phone numbers are out of service and no one is replying to my email since then. Not sure where to go with this anymore. Did someone steal my defective router lol. Any suggestions??
