Model: TL-MR6400
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: Firmware Version:‪1.1.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 200511 Rel.43036n

My router connection is very unstable. It sometimes can connect, but after say 30 min, then it becomes slow and finally cannot connect to the internet at all. I tried the following but still can't work :

- switching the SIM to my mobile and the card should work.

- Switch off the "Security"

- Specified the channel and channel width

Please help.

Thanks.

@khh2020

Good day,

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Did this issue start since you bought it

Would both the Ethernet connection and wireless connection have the same issue?

How many times would it happen within one day?

And when it occurred, what did you do to recover the internet connection?

Thanks a lot.

@khh2020

Good day,

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Sorry for the delay.

May I know how long have you had the devices?

Who Is your SIM card carrier?

When the internet got disconnected, please try to log into the modem and check the following information:

  1. What is the internet IP address when the internet was disconnected?
  2. Is there any error message on the basic-network map page, such as: please make sure the internet configuration is correct or not?
  3. Would the 4G band randomly change to something else, them come back after reboot
  4. Please change the DNS server based on the following pictures:

Thanks a lot.

@Sunshine

If my problem persist, can I ask my support in HK to refund to upgrade to another router ?
