Hi my Tp-MR6400 will not connect to orange france roaming with an ee simcard sim card works in ee own router and tablet  and also the Tp-MR6400  connected while roaming in Norway last month

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Sorry for the delay.

In case there is any misunderstanding, could you please help me check the following information:

  1. TL-MR6400 could not provide internet service with Orange sim card, but works ok with an EE sim card?
  2. But EE own router could work with both Orange sim card and EE sim card?

 

Or the same EE card into the MR6400, works in Norway, but not in France, while put into the EE own router, it works everywhere?
