Hi,

 

i got problem with my router MR6400 and not able to access internet. I attached the screen shot of  status advanced page and system log as below. Please help me how tobfix this.

Have you tried to put the sim card into the smartphone to check if the sim card is working properly?

May I know who is your sim card carrier?

I already tried it to put sim card ( Three operator) to another device android cellphone it worked. I think it's nothing wrong with sim card it self and already created a new profile manually it did not work with same configuration. 

 

I just checked the same issue in this community but no one has the same with me that band NULL, network type NO SERVICE.

Anch'io da questa mattina stesso problema con tl-mr6400(EU) vers.4.0

Sul display è tutto ok ma non da segnale ne via cavo ne wi-fi

Cosa posso fare?

Did you have another SIM card for the test to see if Archer MR6400 would work with something else?

By the way, how long have you had the TL-MR6400 and when did this issue start?

 

@Porsa, who is your SIM card carrier? Is it also Three?

Are you able to test with another SIM card?

I think the root cause is sim card of Three it self. Because i tested another sim card of Telkomsel it worked. It has been confirmed by three that Imei of this device has been blocked and need to request manually to three to enable the Imei. Any suggestions why Imei of tplink device is disabled by Three?
