I have the TL-WPA4220KIT(UK) kit purchased in the UK, but have temporarily moved to Italy. Can I use the UK kit in Italy?

 

I can't get it set up, but I'm not sure if this is because it's a UK kit or if I should look for other causes. It needs to be used with an adapter, but it appears that even the kits sold in Italy need to be used with an EU-to-Italy adapter, so I don't think that's the problem. If anyone is willing to help me troubleshoot this, I would appreciate the help.

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

If the adapters could be fully powered up, the powerline adapter should not be the problem.

Please try to reset the TL-WPA4220 by holding the reset pinhole for 10s;

After the lights are steady, then put them next to each other and press the pair buttons on each of them, will you see the powerline lights lit up?
