May I know the model number of your home router?
Did you set up the RE200 via WPS button?
After the setup, did the 2.4ghz and 5ghz lit up?
If possible, please reset the RE200 by holding the reset pinhole for 10s, then set up it again via Tether APP or Web interface, such as
