frequent packet losses and then back online.
It gets fixed back after 30-40 seconds (automatically) and this type of pack losses happen frequently.

Good day,
Thank you very much for your time and patience.
Have you tried the beta firmware already?
(If not, I would send to your message box and please have a try and feel free to update with any further news.)
Did it happen to both wireless and Ethernet connection?
Would you notice the 4G LTE bands randomly change during the ping time out?
And how long have you had the device and when did the issue start?
Thanks a lot.

Have you tried the beta firmware already?
Yes, got one from tp-linkru and have tried locking band to 1, 3, 5. But issues still exists. Anyways I will try the one share by you.
Did it happen to both wireless and Ethernet connection?
Yes happens on both.
Would you notice the 4G LTE bands randomly change during the ping time out?
I have now locked the band in beta firmware, in regular firmware, i never checked.
And how long have you had the device and when did the issue start?
Around 1 month and this is there almost from day one.
Further i tried to look for 4G logs under System Tools > System Logs > Type 4g, Level Debug.
When packet loss happen, nothing is logged.
When i manually change the locked band, then i do see some 4G logs. But nothing when this 30-40 seconds timeout occurs.

as the subject suggest. Im having a trouble in my upload speed in MR100 but not when im using it on my phone. Preety sure it is because of the modem. Is there any beta firmware that i can use to solve this or any other way possible.

Hi,
May I know how long have you had the MR100 and did the upload speed has been slow since you bought it?
Who is your SIM card carrier?
How much of the upload speed when the SIM card was put in the smartphone?
And how about the upload speed from the MR100?
Have you tried to reset the MR100 and check if the ISP profile and APN info on the MR100 are the same as the smartphone?
Thanks a lot.
Good day,
Thanks for your time and patience.
May I know who is your SIM card carrier?
And if the SIM was put into the smartphone, then enabled the mobile hotspot, would the computer still have packet loss on the hotspot?
Or have you test the TL-MR100 with a different SIM card from another carrier?
Thanks a lot.

@Sunshine
I noticed that Airtel supports band 1, 3, 8, 40. Out of these 8 is stable and give not timeouts. 1 and 3 are a bit problematic.
Thanks for you supports.
