Anybody can help me ....

I"ve 3G/4G router TLMR - 6400, it cant connect through internet, Simcard Status : Simcard Prepared and The ISP : --.

Sorry for the delay.

May I know where are you located and who is your SIM card carrier?

How long have you had the modem and did it work fine before?

On the advanced>status page, Is there any IP address under internet, or just 0.0.0.0?

Have you checked is the ISP profile and APN info are correct or not?

If not, please go to advanced>network>internet to manually create a APN profile?

 

By the way, have you put the SIM card into the smartphone to see if it works well on the smartphone?
