TL-MR6400 vers. 4.0 scollegato

Da questa mattina il mio TL-MR6400 vers. 4.0 non dà più segnale ne via cavo ne wi-fi nonostante dal display risulta tutto ok.
La mia versione firmware è: 1.16.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 191223 Rel.66638n
La mia versione Hardware: TL-MR6400 v4 00000002
Cosa posso fare per risolvere il problema?

Did the internet and 4G signal light still lit up?
Have you tried to reset the modem by holding the reset pinhole for the 10s?
Have you put the SIM into the smartphone to see If it is still working on the phone?
If possible, please log into the modem via 192.168.1.1 and check if there is any internet IP address;
