Qos not working i limit that bandwith to 20mbps but is always the same speed internet in my current isp. What should i do

I also just realized that QoS & Parental control is not working for my MR6400. I already configured but there is no impact. Kindly help on this.

 

Below is device information of my Router 

  • Firmware Version: 1.1.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 200511 Rel.43036n
  • Hardware Version: TL-MR6400 v5 00000001
