MR400 "NO SIM CARD"
Hello, Sorry for the model but I can't find mine.
I have the MR400 for 2 weeks now, I've tried it with my own sim Card and it was doing pretty good.
But today I've recieved one Sim for my Archer and it shows that it's not detected. Oubviously, I've tried with mine but still the same problem...
The logs are attaches.
Thanks if you can help me.

Good day,
Thanks for your time and patience.
Are you trying the say that the old SIM card was working fine with MR400 but the new SIM card could not be detected?
Who is the new SIM provider?
Have you checked whether the network type of the new SIM card is under the following range:
4G: FDD-LTE Cat4 (800/900/1800/2100/2600MHz), TDD-LTE (1900/2300/2500/2600MHz)
3G: DC-HSPA+/HSPA/UMTS (900/2100MHz)
Thank you very much!

@Sunshine Hello and thanks for the answer.
I'm the owner of both cards and none of them are working anymore with the MR400(I can use them in my phone and my iPad). "Proximus" is the provider in (Belgium). The range are matching for both cards. The "no SIM CARD" shows however I put a card in my tp-link or not. I've sent a message to the seller, I really hope that I'll be able to replace it because it's expensive and only last 2 weeks.
Thanks for the help

I see, if that is the case, please kindly wait for the update for the reseller and see if they can help with the replacement.
