I am trying to install the Powerline adaptor. I have plugged everything in and it all seems to be working. I downloaded the tpPLC app and input the password printed on the extender as directed, but I get an error saying "username or password is incorrect". It is the password printed directly on the extender, I've check it many times and have attempted to login many times to no avail.

I downloaded the app for the Mac OS and I can't open it because the OS says it can't scan for malware. 

I'm at a complete stand still. I can't log into the device the desktop or mobile.
