I bought two access points. Those two access points are connected directly to the modem. Switch with three computer on (no laptops) is also connected to the modem.

I followed the instructions how to set access point. However, I could only access the setup page (tplinkap.net) via phone or laptop, under condition, If  those two were previously connected to a Wi-Fi network transmitted by an access point.

The problem occurred when I tried to access the listed setup website (tplinkap.net) via a computer that is only connected with an Ethernet cable. I'm wondering what I need to do to be able to access settings via a computer connected only with Ethernet cable not just via Wi-Fi.
