Hi, regarding your M7650 firmware update issue, please try the following firmware recovery tool:
https://static.tp-link.com/upload/beta/2022/202202/20220221/M7650(EU)1.1_recoverFirmware_1.1.8_Build_201110_Rel.1026n_Only_AP.zip

Note: there is a file named "readme" in the same link, please follow that steps to do firmware recovery, if it works, please download the latest firmware from official website and update via web interface again.

Hi,

I have the exact same problem.

Firmware Version: 1.1.5

Hardware Version: M7650(EU) v1.1

i´am not able to make an Update with.

I tried it with the M7650(EU)1.1_recoverFirmware_1.1.8_Build_201110_Rel.1026n_Only_AP but it didn´t work.

Please help.

Hi, there is no other method to do the firmware recovery, it is recommended to try a different Windows computer to see if it works.
