Keeping LTE modem power cable constantly plugged in
I recently bought a M7350 LTE modem which is targeted for use as a mobile LTE-WiFi gateway, and comes with a micro USB connector for recharging the builtin battery. However, I am wondering if there would be any concern in keeping it permanently attached to USB power to act as a fixed access point? The idea is to use it for a security system such as Yale Smart Home SR-3300, where the battery would provide some safety against power outages, however I am not entirely certain if the setup would be completely safe to keep attached to power indefinitely. Assuming the USB power supply is from a reputable brand like Anker, is there a cause for concern?
