Hi,

 

I have problem with my Archer C6, because Internet stop working every 12 hours and I need to reboot router.

It happens every day exactly after 12 hours. 

 

Led control of the internet on the right side has orange color when is it happen. (After reeboot is again green).

 

The router is connected to the Internet supply cable. I still use the RE200 repeater for this router, which I have within onemesh.

When the internet stops working, I still see the wifi network available, but the internet doesn't work.

 

Any advice for it? I can provide more info if you need it.

Do you mean the internet connection on the C6 drops, and the internet LED becomes orange? May I know who is your ISP?


When the internet drops on the C6, can you confirm if there is still a WAN IP address on the C6? If there is one, try to change the WAN DNS server to Google's 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, then confirm again.

Thank you very much for your reply. Yes I mean internet connection drops (sorry for my bad english).

I see in admin yellow triangle (attention) if is it happen - you can see on screen here: https://ibb.co/ZT8hJ0h and LED becomes orange https://ibb.co/TLsnz1B

My ISP is KME company in czech republic - https://www.kme.cz/kme/

 

WAN IP - you mean IP address on the second line in my screen? If that's it, I see IP.

Should I try to change wan DNS if I use dynamic IP?

I tried to upload the older firmware Archer C6(EU)_V2_200630 and now router works well.

There is some bug in this firmware Archer C6(EU)_V2_200902.

 

Maybe I will try to install beta firmware, if is it work too as well.
